Great addition & perfect match to add to the already purchased 20kg weight vest bought a few years ago. The weight belt easily helps to increase your weighted exercises even further when using alongside the weight vest. Using the weighted belt alone did not hinder exercising & belt is a nice fit around waist/ middle section, made of a quality sturdy material.

To be honest I was not sure about this at first, however I’m pleasantly surprised, because it’s around your waist it gives you more freedom and flexibility to workout your upper body and use the Gravity heavy duty sandbag
