DELIVERY INFORMATION

Orders made before 5pm Monday - Friday will be shipped the same working day.

Standard shipping services are 5-7 days for International orders. 

WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?

All UK orders are shipped from our UK warehouse in the West Midlands. All International Shipments may be subject to import duties and/or fees. It is the responsibility of the customer to check before ordering if they will be subject to any import fees. We are not liable for any import fees and/or duties that you may be charged.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

You'll receive an email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking link, if you haven't received these please check your spam folder.

Alternatively, you can log into your Gravity Fitness Account and track your order!

WHAT CARRIERS DO YOU USE?

All International orders are shipped with either UPS or DHL.
