Great customer service with good quality item
I ordered this item and the original courier the item was sent with did not deliver the item. I contacted customer services who were very helpful refunding my postage and sending a replacement item out with an alternative courier by Saturday delivery.
The item itself is a very good quality and would buy from Gravity Fitness again.

Fantastic mat
This is a great mat for all sorts of ground based fitness work. Ideal for stretching and pilates amongst other things. I nice balance of plenty of padding, but nice and firm for support. Highly recommended.
