    Made using 45mm x 38mm high strength and fire rated straps, these rings can take all you can throw at them! The cam buckle makes height adjustment quick and easy.

  • How to use gymnastic rings

    Gymnastics Rings are used by attaching them to a fixed overhead anchor. These can be pull up bars, joists, door frames or even tree branches! You can then use your gymnastics rings to perform exercises such as pull ups, muscle ups, iron cross and many more.

    Are gymnastic rings a good exercise

    Using gymnastics rings builds functional strength. You only have to look at the gymnasts who use rings in the Olympics to see the kinds of body and muscle mass they have. Rings not only build muscle and strength they also incorporate a huge amount of mobility and core strength, protecting the body against injury. Rings can be used for all kinds of pull and push movements including pull ups, dips and muscle ups. You can even use them to train your legs by placing one foot inside a low ring and using it to perform pistol squats!


    Are wooden gymnastic rings better

    Wooden Gymnastic rings will absorb sweat and will have a much better grip than plastic gymnastic rings. Plastic rings do tend to be cheaper and will stand up to being left outside much better than wooden rings.

Very happy

Very happy with the rings. I got them to replace other rings I’d used for years. The straps on these ones come with measurement lines so you can easily adjust them to the correct height without worrying if one is higher than the other.

Pull up bar is easy to use and set up but I do find it frustrating to connect the bars together
